      2019 წლის 9 ოქტომბერს  პროექტის“ იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა, 
ქალების, ახალგაზრდების,  მცირე ფერმერების და სხვა მოწყვლადი სოფლის 
მოსახლეობის უნარ ჩვევების გაუმჯობესება სოციალურ მეწარმეობაში, გარემოს 
დაცვასა და განახლებადი ენერგიის წყაროების გამოყენებაში“ ფარგლებში, რომელიც 
დაფინანსებულია  საერთაშორისო მართლმადიდებლური ქრისტიანული მოწყალების (IOCC) 
ფონდის მიერ და ხორციელდება IOCC საქართველოს მიერ ზუგდიდის და ხობის 
მუნიციპალიტეტების 10 სასოფლო თემში. მიმდინარე წლის 9 ოქტომბერს   ზუგდიდის 
მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ ერგეტაში ჩატარდა ტრენინგი  „ხილის, ტყის პროდუქტების და 
ბოსტნეულის  შრობის ტექნოლოგიები და პრინციპები“.



      ტრენინგში  მონაწილეობა მიიღეს   სოფელ  ერგეთის, ორულის და ცვანეს  32 
ადგილობრივმა  მოსახლემ და იძულებით გადაადგილებულმა პირებმა აფხაზეთიდან, 
უპირატესად ქალებმა, რომლებიც გაერთიანებულნი არიან ჩირის მწარმოებელთა მცირე 
ჯგუფებში.



      ტრენინგის მონაწილეებმა გაიღრმავეს  ცოდნა ხილის, ტყის პროდუქტების და 
ბოსტნეულის შრობის ტექნოლოგიებზე და პრინციპებზე.



      ღარიბი და მოწყვლადი მოსახლეობის და დევნილების მიერ ხილის, ტყის 
პროდუქტების და ბოსტნეულის შეგროვება, გადამუშავება/ შრობა და გაყიდვა 
წარმოადგენს ხელსაყრელ  შესაძლებლობას დამატებითი შემოსავლების მისაღებად წლის 
განმავლობაში.
     Within the framework of the project “Improving  Skills and capacities 
of IDPs, Women, Youth, Smallholder farmers  and other disadvantaged 
villagers in social entrepreneurship, environmental protection, and 
utilization of renewable energy resources” funded by International Orthodox 
Christian Charities (IOCC) Foundation and implemented by IOCC Georgia in 10 
communities of Khobi and Zugdidi Municipalities conducted a workshop  on 
“Technologies and principles of  Drying  fruits, forest products and 
vegetables” on October 9th  in village Ergeta of Zugdidi Municipality. In 
the training 32 participants from the villages of Ergeta, Oruli and Tsvane 
were attended, predominantly women, that are united in small producer groups 
of dried fruits.



      The participants gained knowledge on drying and processing 
technologies of different fruits and forest products available in the 
communities and principles of solar drying systems.



      Solar drying of fruits, forest products and vegetables represent an 
affordable opportunity for local poor households a good income generation 
source by drying and selling the products at prices much higher than raw 
products. It also provides opportunities for gaining incomes year round-as 
the dried products can be stored and sold by parts.
