мерзлоте.</P>
<P dir=ltr>Учитывая стремительные темпы роста температуры в Арктике, оттаивание
грунта будет оказывать разрушительное воздействие на построенные на нем
здания.</P>

Observer</A> ранее писал об исследовании, в котором предсказывается, что
городская инфраструктура по всей российской Арктике может разрушиться в течение
ближайших нескольких десятилетий.</P>
<P dir=ltr>В Норильске уже можно видеть последствия такого резкого воздействия
на многоквартирные дома на примере 5-этажного жилого дома №106 на улице Нансена,
по фундаменту которого пошли крупные трещины, а тротуар рядом с домом начал
проседать.</P>

<P dir=ltr>Вечная мерзлота — это слой мерзлых пород или почвы, встречающийся на
приполярном севере, в том числе на большей части Сибири. Сейчас начинает таять
верхний слой этого грунта.</P>

оценили потребность норильских зданий в ремонте.</P>

информационное агентство ТАСС, в 2021-2024 годах в Норильске будет проведена
термостабилизация грунтов под 10 многоквартирными домами, чьи фундаменты
оказались под угрозой из-за таяния вечной мерзлоты. На программу будет потрачено
650 млн рублей (7,9 млн евро).</P>
<P dir=ltr>В 2019-2020 годах в Норильске по контуру двух зданий установили
системы охлаждения грунта, которые состоят из сети труб по которым циркулирует
хладоген.</P>

<H3 dir=ltr>Большая проблема </H3>
<P dir=ltr>В 2016 году МЧС России выпустило предупреждение, в котором
утверждалось, что площадь, занятая вечной мерзлотой в России, к 2050 году может
сократиться на 25%, а к концу века — на 56%, что «еще в большей степени увеличит
существующие риски нарушения устойчивости зданий и сооружений, объектов
транспортной и трубопроводной инфраструктуры», — заявил тогда врио начальника
Всероссийского центра мониторинга и прогнозирования чрезвычайных ситуаций МЧС
России «Антистихия» Константин Моськин.</P>
<P dir=ltr>Норильск — не единственный город, сталкивающийся с серьезными
последствиями таяния мерзлоты для инфраструктуры и зданий. В Лонгйире на
норвежском архипелаге Шпицберген проседают дома, а неустойчивость грунта
вынуждает людей переезжать. В центре города <A
href="https://barentsobserver.co/ru/arktika/2018/10/tayanie-vechnoy-merzloty-stanovitsya-sereznoy-problemoy-dlya-samogo-severnogo-goroda">снесут
около 250 домов</A>, а новые здания возводятся на гораздо более прочных
металлических фундаментах, которые закладываются глубже. </P>
<P dir=ltr>Аналогичные проблемы наблюдаются на Аляске и севере Канады.</P>
