Ю.А.Фролова довольно много преувеличений и неточностей, хотя действительно,
упомянутый А.О.Шпаков (сейчас - докт. биол. наук и зам. директора ИЭФБ) писал об
этой проблеме. На проблему химического загрязнения планеты обращал внимание
также и А.В.Яблоков. Фильтры с использованием активированного угля и фильтры на
основе обратного осмоса предназначены для очистки от примесей различной
