нуждающихся в них людей. Сейчас он ведет кампанию за возврат бесплатных лекарств
для "легочных" больных в аптеки Татарстана. Петиция в поддержку Рафаэля:

выдаче льготных лекарств в аптеках Татарстана, сообщать об этом в группе
Лекарств.Нет116. Данные мониторинга перебоев он будет передавать в ответственные
ведомства и СМИ. Он надеется, что это поможет повлиять на обеспечение
лекарствами не только "легочных" больных , но и льготников с другими
заболеваниями. Его коллега Юлия Булавко, активистка инициативной группы "Защита
Казанки на Гаврилова" вместе с Рафаэлем защищает рощу в Казани от вырубки и
застройки, а сейчас поддерживает Рафаэля в кампании за возвращение выдачи
бесплатных препаратов, положенных по закону. Вместе с Рафаэлем и другими
активистами ей уже удалось добиться, что большую часть рощи не застроят. Теперь
