для глобального реагирования на изменение климата. Парижское соглашение
закрепило долгосрочные международные цели по борьбе с климатическим кризисом:
удержать повышение глобальной температуры значительно ниже 2 градусов Цельсия и
ограничить его до 1,5 градуса Цельсия, повысить адаптацию и устойчивость к
изменению климата, а также согласовать финансовые потоки с низким уровнем
выбросов CO2 и устойчивого развития. Но детали того, как реализовать глобальный
пакт, остались нерешенными.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
