С моей точки зрения, вокруг Украины творится что-то невообразимое. 

Чтобы не ссылаться на российские источники - процитирую финнов.
Как в Финляндии понимают происходящее. 

"По мнению консалтингового бюро Nordic West Office Ристо Э. Й. Пенттиля, Россия может истолковать вчерашние комментарии американского президента Джо Байдена как зеленый свет на небольшое вторжение в Украину. Об этом Пенттиля заявил в эфире утренней телепрограммы Yle.
Одно дело, если это будет небольшое наступление. В этом случае мы будем обсуждать, что нам делать или не делать, и так далее. Но если они сделают то, что они способны сделать теми силами, которые сконцентрировали на границе, то это будет кошмаром для России, если произойдет вторжение, – заявил Байден.

Пенттиля считает, что американский президент хотел сказать, что небольшая военная агрессия России будет иметь небольшие последствия. При этом Россия, по его мнению, может понять это так, что вторжение на 10-20 километров вполне допустимо, если не доходить до крупных городов.

– Судя по всему, целью США сейчас является не предотвращение войны, а предотвращение крупномасштабной войны. Очевидно, посыл Вашингтона и Белого дома заключается в том, что мы увидим применение военной силы, но постараемся сдержать его и сделать так, чтобы оно было минимальным, – сказал Пенттиля.

Subject: Let All Children Play in Ukraine and the rest of the World,  a call for Peace

 Your Excellencies,

 We are very anxious about the situation regarding Ukraine…

 We kindly ask you to:

-       Respect life

-       De-escalate the situation

-       Sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons

We hope that world leaders unite. Unite for peace, unite to end hunger, unite to take climate action, unite for nature, unite to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic etc.

If we can contribute to peace via peaceful means in Ukraine, please let us know. We hope to see soon: A World in Which All Children Can Play.
