12 июля Секретариат Конвенции ООН о биологическом разнообразии (КБР) 
опубликовал первый проект Рамок, из которого был исключен пункт, 
позволяющий: "учитывать, где это уместно, права природы", заменив его 
"использованием подходов, основанных на правах". Earth Law Center, Rights of 
Mother Earth, Rights of Nature Sweden, and Earth Advocacy Youth, выступают 
за повторное включение Прав Природы в Глобальную структуру биоразнообразия 
на период после 2020 года и обращаются к вам за поддержкой в этом деле. Мы 
собираем подписи индивидуальные и от организаций до 20 августа 2021 года

Subject: Request to support Rights of Nature in the CBD


Dear Allies,
I am hoping you will consider this request to sign on in support of our ask 
to recognize Rights of Nature within the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity 
Framework.


On July 12, the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) Secretariat 
released the first draft of the Framework, which deleted the enabling 
condition: "to consider, where appropriate, the rights of nature," replacing 
it with "employing rights-based approaches." Earth Law Center, Rights of 
Mother Earth, Rights of Nature Sweden, and Earth Advocacy Youth are gaining 
support for the re-incorporation of Rights of Nature into The Post-2020 
Global Biodiversity Framework. We are collecting individual and 
organizational signatures through August 20th, 2021 (however this will 
remain a living document and open to signatories after).


Our coalition has drafted the attached recommendation, and ELC is finalizing 
an accompanying substantive report. Will you sign on and call for the 
recognition of the Rights of Nature in the CBD? Please fill out this google
