<DIV>The Rogun ESIA is a robust example of fully neglecting large-scale
destruction caused by dam development and its far-reaching impacts downstream,
including those on World Heritage, Ramsar wetlands, critically endangered
species, etc. We meticulously addressed every major flaw to recommend paths
for revision and mitigation measures design. It is a pragmatic approach
similar to our recent analysis of Rogun HPP <A
href="https://rogun.exposed/pdf/2025_Rogun%20Alert%20Coalition%20to%20World%20Bank.pdf"
target=_blank>resettlement</A> issues (which already evoke the EIB interested
reaction). </DIV>

<DIV>We plan to submit it to the top management of WB, AIIB supporting the
project development and each banking institution seeking to finance the Rogun
Dam.</DIV>

Рогунской ГЭС — это наглядный пример полного пренебрежения масштабными
разрушениями, вызванными строительством плотины, и их далеко идущими
последствиями для территорий ниже по течению, включая воздействие на объекты
Всемирного наследия, Рамсарские водно-болотные угодья, виды, находящиеся на
грани исчезновения, и т.д. </SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN>Мы скрупулезно рассмотрели каждый существенный недостаток, чтобы
предложить пути доработки документов и разработки мер по смягчению
последствий. Это прагматичный подход, аналогичный нашему недавнему анализу
проблем переселения при строительстве Рогунской ГЭС (который уже вызвал
заинтересованную реакцию со стороны Европейского инвестиционного
