agencies</STRONG> that could help mitigate the rapidly
imploding climate crisis. The manifesto specifically
targets the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOAA), the National Weather Service
(NWS), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA).<BR><BR><EM>Imagine a world where vital storm
warnings are locked behind a paywall, accessible only to
those who can afford it. These storm warnings aren't
even very accurate or reliable, because they don't take
climate science into account. Then, after natural
disasters, the federal government largely leaves
survivors to fend for themselves. </EM><STRONG>That's
the future Project 2025
