greenhouse effect have to be <BR>explained again and again, with plenty of
people suddenly "discovering" <BR>that CO2 cannot cause the warming we see
because of this or that, and <BR>besides it is good because it is food for
plants. The latter statement <BR>is becoming the centerpiece of a coordinated
propaganda campaign that <BR>conveniently forgets how it has been known from the
early 1970s that <BR>higher CO2 concentrations in greenhouses (the glass kind)
increase plant <BR>growth in terms of weight, but not in terms of nutrient
content.<BR><BR>Here, Roy Spencer patiently explains some of the basic elements
of the <BR>greenhouse effect. He is often vilified and branded as a denier, but
he <BR>remains a serious scientist, and when it comes to science he knows what
