governs, with the help of Basque and Catalan regional parties. For this to
happen, the parties must sit down at the table and reach common agreements
– not so easy, given some of the demands being made by pro-independence

continues in Spain – raising questions about what will happen during the
country's six-month presidency of the Council of the EU – one piece of
good news is that support for Vox fell, as the far-right party lost 19

Vilnius, it seemed that Ukraine was getting closer to membership. However,
