<P>Beekeepers are finding a <STRONG>carpet of dead bees</STRONG>
where hives used to live – and it's about to get worse.</P>
<P>Bayer and Syngenta are using an “emergency” <STRONG>loophole in
the law</STRONG> to try and dismantle the progress we've made on
banning neonics in Europe – <STRONG>fields are still soaking in
banned bee-killing pesticides.</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>But we could close this bee-killing loophole and save the
bees!</STRONG></P>
<P>If we all come together and pitch in, we can create a mega legal
fund that bee-defenders everywhere can access to <STRONG>sue against
these fake “emergencies” — and</STRONG> <STRONG>force governments to
enforce the ban</STRONG>.</P>
<P>This won’t be just one lawsuit – it could take many legal battles
in several countries until Bayer and Syngenta give up...so we need
to be ready.</P>

<P>Ever since we won the historic ban on bee-killing neonics, Bayer
and Syngenta have been trying to undermine it – and now they’ve
found a new tactic to keep their poisons in widespread use: sneakily
helping industrial farms come up with “emergencies” to dodge the
rules and slip their toxic pesticides past all of us.</P>
<P>And it’s working. There have been <STRONG>over</STRONG>
<STRONG>65 approvals to use banned bee-killing pesticides</STRONG>
across Europe since 2018.</P>
<P>Make no mistake, Bayer and Syngenta will repeat this over and
over until they essentially weaken and then destroy the bee-saving
ban.</P>
<P>That’s why your role in this fight to save the bees – and protect
the bee-saving ban – is more important than ever, Vladimir.</P>
<P>Together we fought for and won the historic bee-saving ban on
pesticides that’s sparked a wave of new restrictions and bans around
