<P><BIG><STRONG>As 2021 came to a close and we looked ahead to a new year, I
asked what gave you hope. </STRONG>Thousands of you took the time to
answer. </BIG></P>
<P><BIG>With 2022 underway, I wanted to get back to you and share some of the
amazing responses. There were so many and each put a smile on our face when the
