up. Like, all the way up. In doing so, he's actively

announced that all businesses in the entire state are allowed
to go back to "business as usual," including dangerous indoor
operations like restaurants, bars, clubs, and gyms. Even more
unbelievably, he simultaneously removed the mandate requiring
residents to wear masks. Now, millions of people could end up
fully maskless indoors, <STRONG>breathing each other's
potentially infectious and virus-filled air.</STRONG> Yet
Abbott is trying to blame immigrants for the spread of
COVID-19, spewing xenophobic misinformation on Twitter.
