<DIV>During January-July of the current year, Azerbaijan produced and provided 

services worth 1155.0 million manat in the electricity, gas and steam 

production, distribution and supply sector.</DIV>

<DIV>According to the State Statistics Committee, Finans.az reports an increase 

of 3.2% compared to the same period last year. The volume of production in the 

water supply, waste treatment and processing sector increased by 7.4% and 

amounted to 185.7 million manat.</DIV>

<DIV>14 183.2 mln. kWh, which is 5.1% more than the same period last year.</DIV>

<DIV><BR></DIV>

<DIV>Of these, 12,548.1 million were kWh is the production of thermal power 

plants. Energy production at wind power stations increased 5 times compared to 

the same period last year to $ 71.1 million. kWh, solar power plants increased 

by 9.8% to 25.7 mln. kWh.</DIV></DIV>
