I have carefully read the Cooling Climate Chaos Proposal and it presupposes 
the change in economic model from the very beginning, which is later 
proposed to follow the work done by the plan.


What I mean by that is the "Tobin Tax", the small tax upon every financial 
transaction, which you refer to as the "Robin Hood Tax". This is, indeed an 
elegant solution in and of itself, and has been proposed for decades, but it 
would destroy the current churn-and-skim model of High Frequency Trading of 
equities by computer algorithms, crashing large and small financial firms, 
which clearly "needs" to be done, because they are parasitic drains upon the 
physically productive economy, but they are also the fly-by-wire rudder 
controls upon the global electronic financial system.
The Money-Powers have fought this through their purchased government 
regulators and lawmakers around the world, just as they carefully bribed key 
personnel for years to get it into place in the 1990s,


Similarly, reforestation might occur if palm-oik for "biodiesel" were not 
made so profitable by "well meaning" legislation, which remains in effect, 
especially in the EU, despite the clearly evident result of deforestation to 
plant palm-oil groves to produce biodiesel to "save the planet".


Also important is the daily environmental devastation managed by the 
Imperial Military, the US Military being the largest polluter and 
fossil-fuel oxidizer on the planet.
The current structure of financial imperialism, parasitic at this point, and 
deeply corrupted, supported by coercion and slaughter by imperial forces, 
wrought upon nations which exit the "Petrodollar" regime, will be replaced, 
which has begun, and will soon lead us through World War Three, arguably in 
its early days, already.
