                              International GIS Conference to be held in 
Tbilisi on the 13th of October at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State 
University (Building I)


                 2023 წლის 13 ოქტომბერს ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის 
თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი (I კორპუსი) საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო 
კონფერენციას უმასპინძლებს





                              We are pleased to inform you that on the 13th 
of October, 2023 Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Building I) 
will host an international scientific conference “Challenges of Modern 
Geoinformation Systems” which is dedicated to the memory of Mamuka (Malkhaz) 
Khurtsidze, one of the founders of the applied geographic information 
systems (GIS) in Georgia.



                              The main topics of the international 
scientific conference are modern geoinformation technologies, land surveys, 
remote sensing, mapping, applied GIS in environmental protection, spatial 
arrangement, sectoral planning, exploration and research activities, 
socio-economic sector, public health, defence, etc. A discussion is also 
planned.



                              Registration of attendees will start at 09:00 
am on the 13th of October, 2023 at the main conference hall of Tbilisi State 
University, Building I.



                              If you are interested in attending the 
conference, please register by the 15th of September by filling out the

                              An exhibition planned in parallel with the 
conference will showcase graphical exhibits (printouts) produced via 
geoinformation technologies. If you are interested in participating in the 
exhibition, please let us know by checking the appropriate box on the

                 გვაქვს პატივი გაცნობოთ, რომ მიმდინარე წლის 13 ოქტომბერს 
ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში (I კორპუსი) 
ტარდება საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენცია: „თანამედროვე გეოინფორმაციული 
სისტემების გამოწვევები“, რომელიც ეძღვნება საქართველოში გამოყენებით სფეროში 
გეოგრაფიული ინფორმაციული სისტემების (GIS) ერთ-ერთი ფუძემდებლის, მამუკა 
(მალხაზ) ხურციძის ხსოვნას.



                              საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენციის ძირითადი 
მიმართულებებია გეოინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიები, აგეგმვები, დისტანციური 
ზონდირება, კარტოგრაფია, გამოყენებითი გის-ი გარემოს დაცვაში, სივრცით 
მოწყობაში, დარგობრივ დაგეგმარებაში, საძიებო-კვლევით საქმიანობაში, 
სოციალურ-ეკონომიკურ სექტორში, ჯანდაცვაში, თავდაცვასა და სხვა სფეროებში; 
დაგეგმილია დისკუსიაც.



                              კონფერენცია ჩატარდება 2023 წლის 13 ოქტომბერს 
09:00 საათზე თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის პირველი კორპუსის სააქტო 
დარბაზში; დარბაზთანვე მოხდება დამსწრეთა რეგისტრაცია.



                              კონფერენციაზე დასწრების სურვილის შემთხვევაში, 
გთხოვთ, მიმდინარე წლის 15 სექტემბრამდე შეავსოთ სარეგისტრაციო ფორმა შემდეგი 
ბმულის გამოყენებით: სარეგისტრაციო ფორმა.



                              კონფერენციის პარალელურად დაგეგმილია 
გეოინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების გამოყენებით შექმნილი გრაფიკული მასალის 
(ნაბეჭდი სახით) გამოფენის ორგანიზება. გამოფენაში მონაწილეობის მსურველებს 
გთხოვთ გვაცნობოთ ზემოაღნიშნულ სარეგისტრაციო ფორმაში შესაბამისი ველის 
მონიშვნით, რის შემდეგაც დაგიკავშირდებით საგამოფენო მასალებზე ტექნიკური 
დეტალების დასაზუსტებლად.
