Республика Франция имеет честь пригласить нас принять участие в конференции 
высокого уровня в рамках председательства Франции в Совете Европейского 
Союза в 2022 году по теме "К более разумной и устойчивой торговле"
Как обеспечить, чтобы повышение экологических и социальных амбиций где-то в 
другом месте, через международную торговлю, не привело к увеличению 
деградации, которую мы хотим избежать? Как наши торговые соглашения могут 
больше способствовать решению задачи устойчивого развития? Как торговля 
может стать легитимным и эффективным рычагом для достижения этой цели при 
сохранении основанной на правилах многосторонней системы?
 Спустя два года после сообщения о зеленом курсе Европейского союза и через 
год после публикации новой стратегии торговой политики, Франция, 
председательствующая в Совете Европейского союза, имеет честь собрать вместе 
представителей Европейской комиссии и торговых партнеров ЕС, международных 
организаций. , ученые, эксперты и заинтересованные стороны из гражданского 
общества должны ответить на эти важные вопросы, чтобы сделать торговлю 
существенной частью решения глобальной проблемы устойчивого развития.

                              Comment faire en sorte que le commerce 
international ne remette pas en cause les ambitions environnementales et 
sociales des Etats les plus ambitieux et l’efficacité de leurs politiques ? 
Comment nos accords de commerce peuvent-ils contribuer davantage à relever 
les défis du développement durable? Comment faire des échanges 
internationaux un levier au service de cet objectif de manière légitime, 
efficace et dans un cadre multilatéral fondé sur les règles?


                              Deux ans après la communication sur le Pacte 
vert européen et un an après la publication de la nouvelle stratégie de 
politique commerciale de la Commission européenne, la Présidence française 
du Conseil de l’Union européenne réunit des représentants de la Commission 
et des partenaires commerciaux de l’UE, des organisations internationales, 
des universitaires, des experts, ainsi que des acteurs de la société civile 
pour une conférence internationale de haut niveau afin d'aborder ces 
questions cruciales pour la contribution de la politique commerciale au 
développement durable.

                              L’organisation de cet événement en présentiel 
reste dépendante de l’évolution des conditions sanitaires. Dans le cas de la

trade, in an increase in degradations we wish to avoid? How can our trade 
agreements contribute more to the challenge of sustainable development? How

way, while preserving a rules-based multilateral system?

                              Two years after the European Union's Green 
Deal Communication and one year after the publication of the new trade 
policy strategy, the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union 
is honoured to bring together representatives of the European Commission and 
the EU's trading partners, international organisations, academics, experts, 
and civil society stakeholders to address these crucial questions in order 
to make trade a substantial part of the solution to the global challenge of 
sustainable development.
