      ქალთა შესაძლებლობების გაძლიერება და ტყის რესურსების მდგრადი მართვა
     Women Empowerment and Sustainable Forest Management

      CENN-ისა და ავსტრიის განვითარების თანამშრომლობის მხარდაჭერით, კახეთის 
რეგიონულ ქალთა საბჭოს წევრებს საფეხმავლო გამყოლის მოსამზადებელი 
სასერტიფიკატო ტრენინგები ჩაუტარდათ.



      ტრენინგის მიზანი იყო ადგილობრივი ქალების გაძლიერება და ტყის მდგრადი და 
მრავალფუნქციური, განსაკუთრებით კი ტყის არამერქნული რესურსების გამოყენების 
გზით შემოსავლების ზრდის ხელშეწყობა.



      მონაწილეები გაეცნენ ეკოტურიზმის კონცეფციას, მათ შორის ეკოტურისტული 
ლაშქრობის სპეციფიკას და ინფორმაცია მიიღეს საფეხმავლო გამყოლი გიდის 
პროფესიისა და მისი აღჭურვილობის, საფეხმავლო ტურის ჩატარების შესაძლო 
ადგილმდებარეობის დადგენისა და მარშრუტის დაგეგმვის სანავიგაციო ხელსაწყოების 
გამოყენების შესახებ.  ასევე, ტრენინგზე განიხილეს ლაშქრობისას არსებული 
რისკების, მათი მართვისა და კვების უსაფრთხოების საკითხები.



      ტრენინგი პროექტის „ტყის მდგრადი მართვა სოფლის განვითარებისათვის“ 
ფარგლებში ჩატარდა და მას საქართველოს ეკოტურიზმის ასოციაცია უძღვებოდა. 
მონაწილეებს შორის იყვნენ ქალები კახეთის სხვადასხვა მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფლიდან, 
მათ შორის: ჯოყოლო, ომალო, ახალსოფელი, კისისხევი, არგოხი, შალაური, ფშაველი.



      სამომავლოდ, კახეთის ქალთა საბჭო გეგმავს ადგილობრივი ქალების 
მხარდასაჭერად ღონისძიებების სერიას. მათ შორის ტრენინგებს, სემინარებს და 
სასწავლო ვიზიტებს თემაზე მწვანე მეწარმეობის ხელშეწყობა, ფორმალური 
რეგისტრაციის მნიშვნელობა, ციფრული უნარების გაუმჯობესება ადგილობრივი 
მეწარმეებისთვის და სხვ.



      ქალთა საბჭოები შეიქმნა პროექტის „ტყის მდგრადი მართვა სოფლის 
განვითარებისათვის“ ფარგლებში, რომელსაც ახორციელებს CENN, ავსტრიის 
განვითარების თანამშრომლობის ფინანსური მხარდაჭერით. ქალთა საბჭოების მიზანია 
სოფლად მცხოვრები ქალების სოციალური და ეკონომიკური გაძლიერების მხარდაჭერა 
ტყის არამერქმნული რესურსების მდგრადი, სოციალური მეწარმეობის ხელშეწყობის გზით 
და მათი ჩართულობის გაზრდა ტყის მდგრადი მართვის და სოფლის განვითარებასთან 
დაკავშირებული გადაწყვეტილებების მიღების პროცესებში.
     With the support of CENN and Austrian Development Cooperation, hiking 
guide preparatory certification training was held for Kakheti Regional 
Women's Council.



      The aim of the training was to enhance local women's empowerment and 
their ability to generate income through sustainable and multifunctional use 
of forest and non-timber forest products.



      Participants were informed about the concept of ecotourism, hiking as 
a type of ecotourism, profession of hiking guide and its equipment, a 
possible location for the hiking tour, and the use of route navigation 
tools. Also, the training discussed the risks of hiking, risk management and 
food safety.



      Training was held within the framework of the “Sustainable Forest 
Management for Rural Development” project, led by Georgian Ecotourism 
Association. The training was attended by women and community members from 
different villages of Kakheti, including: Jokolo, Omalo, Akhalsopeli, 
Kisiskhevi, Argokhi, Shalauri, Pshaveli.



      Kakheti Women's Council is planning a series of events supporting 
local women as part of  the initiative. The events include trainings, 
seminars and study tours on promoting green entrepreneurship, the importance 
of formal registration, improving digital skills for local entrepreneurs, a 
forum supporting women entrepreneurs and etc.



      The Women's Councils were established under the "Sustainable Forest 
Management for Rural Development" project implemented by CENN, with 
financial support from the Austrian Development Cooperation. The purpose of 
the Women's Councils is to support the social and economic empowerment of 
rural women by promoting sustainable, social entrepreneurship of non-timber 
forest resources and increasing their involvement in sustainable forest 
management and rural development decision-making processes.
