      19 მარტი, 2021. წალკის მუნიციპალიტეტი - ევროკავშირის ENPARD-ის 
პროგრამის მიერ მხარდაჭერილი პროექტის ეს წალკაა ფარგლებში, წალკის ადგილობრივი 
განვითარების ჯგუფი (LAG), CENN-თან თანამშრომლობით, აცხადებს კონკურსს წალკის 
მუნიციპალიტეტის სკოლებისათვის, რომელიც მიზნად ისახავს მუნიციპალიტეტში 
გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების აღნიშვნისადმი მიძღვნილი ინიციატივების მხარდაჭერას და 
განხორცილებას.


      კონკურსის ფარგლებში დაფინანსდება სკოლების მიერ წარმოდგენილ 
ინიციატივები, რომლებიც ორიენტირებული იქნება წალკის მუნიციპალიტეტში 
სხვადასხვა გარემოსდაცვითი დღის აღნიშვნაზე (იხ. გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების სია).


      უპირატესობა მიენიჭება ისეთ ინიციატივებს, რომლებიც ფოკუსირებული იქნება:


        a.. მუნიციპალიტეტში არსებულ სხვა სკოლასთან ან სკოლებთან 
თანამშრომლობით გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების აღნიშვნაზე;
        b.. ეთნიკური და რელიგიური უმცირესობების ჯგუფებთან თანამშრომლობით 
გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების აღნიშვნაზე;
        c.. მოწყვლად ჯგუფებთან (გოგოები, შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობების მქონე 
(შშმ) პირები, ეკომიგრანტები, სხვ.) თანამშრომლობით გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების 
აღნიშვნაზე;
        d.. ერთზე მეტი გარემოსდაცვითი დღის აღნიშვნაზე.


      ინიციატივები უნდა იყოს მიმართული წალკის მუნიციპალიტეტზე.


      ერთი გრანტის მაქსიმალური თანხა შეადგენს 1,000 ევროს ექვივალენტს ლარში.


      შემოთავაზებული განაცხადით გარემოსდაცვითი დღეების აღნიშვნა უნდა 
განხორცილდეს 2021 წლის აპრილიდან - 2022 წლის სექტემბრის თვის ჩათვლით 
პერიოდში.


      ვის შეუძლია განაცხადის წარმოდგენა


      წალკის მუნიციპალიტეტის ნებისმიერ სკოლას.

      ერთ აპლიკანტს აქვს მხოლოდ ერთი განაცხადის შემოტანის უფლება.

მითითებული ფორმის მიხედვით.

      კონკურსში მონაწილეობით  დაინტერესებულმა პირებმა უნდა წარმოადგინონ 
სრული განაცხადი. განაცხადის წარდგენის ბოლო ვადაა: 5 აპრილი, 2021 წ. 18:00 
სთ.

      პროექტის ‘ადგილობრივი ლიდერები მდგრადი განვითარებისათვის წალკის 
მრავალეთნიკურ მუნიციპალიტეტში’ მიზანია მუნიციპალიტეტში სიღარიბის დონის 
შემცირება და მოსახლეობის საცხოვრებელი გარემოს გაუმჯობესება, არსებული 
ეკონომიკური, სოციალური და გარემოსდაცვითი გამოწვევების გადაჭრა სოფლის 
მეურნეობის კონკურენტუნარიანობის გაზრდით, ბუნებრივი რესურსების მდგრადი 
მართვითა და კლიმატისადმი მედეგი სოფლის ეკონომიკის მხარდაჭერით. ამასთან, 
LEADER მიდგომის გამოყენებით ცოდნაზე, ინოვაციებსა და ახალ ტექნოლოგიებზე 
ხელმისაწვდომის უზრუნველყოფით, ბიზნეს კავშირების დამყარებითა და სამუშაო 
ადგილების შექმნის გზით, პროექტი გააძლიერებს საოჯახო მეურნეობებს, მეწარმეებს, 
ქალებს, ახალგაზრდებსა და სხვა ადგილობრივ ჯგუფებს.


      პროექტს „ეს წალკაა“ ევროკავშირის ENPARD-ის პროგრამის ფინანსური 
მხარდაჭერით ახორციელებს CENN, საქართველოს ფერმერთა ასოციაციასთან (GFA) და 
სოფლის განვითარების კვლევით ინსტიტუტთან (Ifls) თანამშრომლობით.


      ევროკავშირი მხარს უჭერს სოფლის მეურნეობასა და სოფლის განვითარებას 
საქართველოში ENPARD-ის პროგრამის დახმარებით. პროგრამა ხორციელდება 2013 
წლიდან და მისი მთლიანი ბიუჯეტი შეადგენს 179.5 მილიონ ევროს. ENPARD-ის 
ძირითადი მიზანი საქართველოში სოფლად სიღარიბის დაძლევაა. პროგრამის პირველი 
ფაზის პრიორიტეტი სოფლის მეურნეობის განვითარების ხელშეწყობა იყო, ხოლო მეორე 
და მესამე ფაზა მიზნად ისახავს სოფლად მცხოვრები ადამიანების ეკონომიკური 
განვითარების შესაძლებლობების შექმნას არამარტო აღნიშნულ სექტორში. მეტი

     March 19, 2021. Tsalka Municipality – Within the frames of the EU 
ENPARD program supported project ‘EMBRACE Tsalka’, the Tsalka Local Action 
Group (LAG) and CENN announce a grants competition for Tsalka Municipality 
Schools to Mark Environmental Days and support implementation of the 
initiatives.


      The competition will fund initiatives submitted by schools to focus on 
the celebration of various environmental days in Tsalka Municipality (see 
list of environmental days).


      Preference will be given to initiatives that focus on:


        a.. Marking environmental days in cooperation with other schools in 
the municipality;
        b.. Marking environmental days in cooperation with ethnic and 
religious minority groups;
        c.. Marking environmental days in collaboration with vulnerable 
groups (girls, people with disabilities, eco-migrants, etc.);
        d.. Marking more than one environmental day.


      Initiatives should be focused on Tsalka Municipality.


      The maximum amount of one grant is 1,000 Euros equivalent in GEL.


      According to the proposed application, Marking Environmental Days 
should be carried out from April 2021 to September 2022.


      Who can submit an application?


      Any school in Tsalka municipality. One school is allowed to submit 
only one application.

      The initiative must be submitted in accordance with the form in 
Annexes 1 and 2.

      The project 'Local LEADERs Embrace Sustainable Development in 
Multi-Ethnic Tsalka Municipality (EMBRACE Tsalka)” aims to reduce rural 
poverty and improve living conditions in Tsalka municipality, addressing 
economic, social, and environmental concerns by improving agricultural 
competitiveness, promoting sustainable management of natural resources, and 
building climate-resilient rural economies and communities. In addition, 
through the LEADER approach, the project will strengthen family farms, 
entrepreneurs, women, youth and other local groups by providing access to 
knowledge, innovations and new technologies, by supporting business 
development and creating jobs.


      The project “EMBRACE Tsalka” is implemented under the European 
Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD) by 
the EU’s partner organization CENN, in partnership with the Georgian Farmers’ 
Association (GFA) and German partner organization – Institute for Rural 
Development Research (IfLS).


      The EU is supporting agriculture and rural development in Georgia 
through its ENPARD Programme. Implemented since 2013 with a total budget of 
EUR 179.5 million, the main goal of ENPARD is to reduce rural poverty in 
Georgia. The first phase of ENPARD in Georgia focused on developing the 
potential of agriculture. The second and third phases of ENPARD focus on 
creating economic opportunities for rural populations that go beyond
