      March 22 Marks The World Water Day

      22 მარტი წყლის საერთაშორისო დღეა, რომელიც გაეროს ინიციატივით 1993 
წლიდან წყლის რესურსების მნიშვნელობისა და წყალზე ხელმისაწვდომობის კრიზისის 
შესახებ ცნობიერების დონის ამაღლების მიზნით აღინიშნება. წელს, განსაკუთრებული 
ყურადღება ექცევა მდგრადი განვითარების მე-6 მიზნის მიღწევის მხარდაჭერას - 
სუფთა წყალი და სანიტარია 2030 წლისთვის.



      2021 წლის წყლის საერთაშორისო დღის თემაა - წყლის შეფასება.



      წყალი სხვადასხვა ადამიანისთვის სხვადასხვა რამეს ნიშნავს. წყლის 
საერთაშორისო დღეს ვსაუბრობთ იმაზე, თუ რას ნიშნავს წყალი თქვენთვის.



      რამდენად მნიშვნელოვანია წყალი თქვენი ოჯახური ცხოვრებისთვის, თქვენი 
არსებობისთვის, თქვენი კულტურისთვის, თქვენი კეთილდღეობისა და ადგილობრივი 
გარემოსათვის?



        a.. შინა მეურნეობებში, სკოლებში და სამუშაო ადგილებზე წყალი შეიძლება 
ნიშნავდეს ჯანმრთელობას, ჰიგიენასა და პროდუქტიულობას;
        b.. კულტურულ და რელიგიურ ადგილებში წყალი შეიძლება ნიშნავდეს კავშირს 
შემოქმედებასთან, საზოგადოებასთან და საკუთარ თავთან;
        c.. ბუნებრივ გარემოში წყალი შეიძლება ნიშნავდეს მშვიდობას, ჰარმონიასა 
და კონსერვაციას.


      დღეს წყალი ექსტრემალური საფრთხის წინაშეა მზარდი მოსახლეობის, სოფლის 
მეურნეობისა და მრეწველობის მოთხოვნების გამო, რასაც კლიმატის ცვლილებაზე კიდევ 
უფრო ცუდი გავლენა აქვს.



      ერთად აღვნიშნოთ წყლის საერთაშორისო დღე, სწორად შევაფასოთ წყლის 
მნიშვნელობა ჩვენს ცხოვრებაში და დავიცვათ იგი ჩვენივე კეთილდღეობისთვის.
     March 22 is World Water Day, which has been celebrated under the United 
Nations initiative since 1993 to raise awareness of the importance of water 
resources and the crisis of access to water. This year, special attention 
will be paid to supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 
6: Clean Water and Sanitation for all by 2030. "



      This year the theme of World Water Day 2021 is valuing water.



      Water means different things to different people. This conversation is 
about what water means to you.



      How is water important to your home and family life, your livelihood, 
your cultural practices, your wellbeing, your local environment?



        a.. In households, schools, and workplaces, water can mean health, 
hygiene, dignity, and productivity;
        b.. In cultural, religious, and spiritual places, water can mean a 
connection with the creation, community, and oneself;
        c.. In natural spaces, water can mean peace, harmony, and 
preservation.


      Today, water is under extreme threat from a growing population, 
increasing demands of agriculture and industry, and the worsening impacts of 
climate change.



      Let’s celebrate World Water Day by recording – all the different ways 
water benefits our lives, we can value water properly and safeguard it 
effectively for everyone.
