      CENN is seeking a creative and talented person as Executive Director`s 
Assistant to join the team. This role requires a high level 
detail-orientation and project management skills.

      Main duties and responsibilities:



        a.. Full support and direct assistance of Executive Director 
regarding workflow, communications and all internal and external processes;
        b.. Provide technical and administrative support to organization`s 
programs and projects as directed by Executive Director;
        c.. Resolve, research, assess, and refer problems that are often of 
a sensitive, confidential and repeating nature;
        d.. Prepare minutes of the meetings as needed;
        e.. Assist Executive Director in reporting and evaluation of 
activities;
        f.. Assist Executive Director in quality control of organization`s 
materials and services.
