      22 აპრილი დედამიწის დღეა! 
     Today is Earth Day! 
     
      დედამიწის დღე მსოფლიოში ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე მასშტაბური გარემოსდაცვითი დღეა, რომელიც ყოველწლიურად 22 აპრილს აღნიშნება მსოფლიოს მასშტაბით, გარემოს დაცვისადმი მხარდაჭერის დემონსტრირების მიზნით.

       

      პირველად ეს დღე 1970 წელს აღინიშნა. დღეს 22 აპრილი 192-ზე მეტ ქვეყანაში აღინიშნება სხვადასხვა ღონისძიების ორგანიზებით, რომელსაც გლობალურად კოორდინირებას დედამიწის დღის ქსელი უწევს. 

       

      დღეს, დედამიწის დღე საყოველთაოდ აღიარებულია, როგორც მსოფლიოში უდიდესი საერო დაცვის დღე, რომელსაც ყოველწლიურად მილიარდზე მეტი ადამიანი აღნიშნავს, როგორც ადამიანის ქცევის შეცვლისა და გლობალური, ეროვნული და ადგილობრივი პოლიტიკის ცვლილებების განხორციელების ყოველწლიურ ქმედებას. წლევანდელი დედამიწის დღის თემა არის – კლიმატის ცვლილება და ბუნების აღდგენა.

     Earth Day is one of the largest environmental days in the world, celebrated annually on April 22nd around the world to demonstrate support for environmental protection.

       

      This day was first recognized in 1970. Today, April 22, in more than 192 countries various actions are organized coordinated by the Earth Day Network. 

       

      Today, Earth Day is widely recognized as the world’s largest environmental awareness raising day, celebrated by more than a billion people each year as an annual action to change human behavior and implement global, national, and local policy changes. This year's theme for Earth Day is Climate Change and Nature Restoration.
