the support from Heinrich Böll Stiftung Southeast Asia, 'LEAVING BEHIND ADB’S 
DIRTY ENERGY LEGACY: Civil society critical reflections and recommendations’.

                              The research looks at ADB’s carbon-intensive 
portfolio, the Bank’s 2009 Energy policy, why the Bank should decarbonize, 
and most importantly, what the ADB should consider in its new energy policy.
