FACILITATOR FOR E-COURSE “TOWARDS A GREEN TRANSITION IN EASTERN PARTNERSHIP 
COUNTRIES” (CONSULTANT) - HOME-BASED



The Consultant will act as a moderator for the pilot edition in the 
e-learning course “Towards a Green Transition in Eastern Partnership 
Countries”.


Course preparation

  a.. Support the course development by contributing case studies and policy 
examples from the EaP region;
  b.. Review and provide comments and additional suggestions to the course 
content;
  c.. Develop concepts for the weekly webinar series;
  d.. Collaborate with the course creators to prepare for the role of 
facilitator.
Course delivery

  a.. Prepare and facilitate 5 weekly webinars for course participants in 
line with the thematic structure of the e-course;
  b.. Facilitate discussion forums and other interactive spaces linked to 
the weekly webinars and provide answers to thematic questions and queries;
  c.. Provide feedback and encouragement to course participants as they 
complete the weekly course activities;
  d.. Answer participants’ questions via the “Questions to the Course 
 Leader” Forum and the weekly facilitator “office hour”.
Course evaluation and follow-up

  a.. Review and provide personalized feedback to the Policy Action Plans 
submitted by participants (approx. 500 words);
  b.. Prepare a summary evaluation from the Policy Action Plans exercise, 
highlighting the potential for implementation of the projects developed as 
well as key barriers that remain to be addressed;
  c.. Organize a follow-up webinar to share experience after the course has 
been completed.
