                        As the world scrambles to catch up with building 
digital capacity in our new virtual reality, World BEYOND War is and has 
always been ready to leverage the digital world to effectively create 
sustainable and just change.

                        As part of our work to abolish war, our educational 
programs have long included online materials, courses, free webinars, and 
podcasts featuring anti-war activists from around the world. We've expanded 
that work, speaking to more high school and college classrooms via Zoom, and 
even moving this year's upcoming annual conference online.

                        At a rapid rate World BEYOND War is realizing its 
vision of becoming a global movement made up of dedicated, active members 
from many of the 175 countries in which people have signed our Declaration 
of Peace.

                        People often imagine that World BEYOND War has large 
offices full of staff people. In reality, we have five very part-time people 
working from home and thousands of hard-working volunteers. If you're not 
one of our volunteers and have some free time at the moment, please reply to 
this email and we'll get you engaged.

                        Giving Tuesday is coming up on May 5! We need to 
hire more organizers and translators. We need to cover our current expenses. 
We need your financial support.

                        A $15 USD donation covers our service provider costs 
to host a free educational webinar.

                        A $25 donation covers a month’s cost of hosting our 
website. Our website is in itself an educational and organizing tool with 
extensive multimedia resources for building a movement to abolish war.

                        A $50 donation covers the costs of a WBW chapter 
promo pack. Currently, World BEYOND War coordinates 16 chapters in 7 
countries with several more in the launch phase. We also maintain 
partnerships with 82 affiliates around the world. Our chapters work 
aggressively within their respective legislative structures to redirect 
resources toward programs that promote social and economic justice.

                        A $75 donation can put 10 copies of our book A 
Global Security System: An Alternative to War (AGSS) into classrooms. AGSS 
is a blueprint for abolishing war and replacing it with a sustainable 
security system. It has already proven to be a useful tool in classrooms 
across the world.

summary version of AGSS in another language. It's already in eight!

World BEYOND War speaker to teach her class for a day via Zoom call:

BEYOND War speaker into my classroom into an enthusiastic supporter of 
inviting World BEYOND War every year into my class. As is the case for most 
of us teachers, my students are incredibly patriotic and have a narrow view 
of history that teaches that war is necessary and good. I was not sure if my 
students would turn their ears off if someone suggested that all of America’s 
wars were not glorious, but the opposite happened. Mr. Swanson’s rational

a lively discussion ensued. In the end, students could see why war was

                        We do so much with so little because we rely heavily 
on dedicated and talented volunteers for almost everything we do. This model 
means that your contribution goes very far!

                        A larger donation is much appreciated, but 
especially appreciated is becoming a recurring donor. For $15 USD a 
month—less than 50 cents a day—you can contribute to building an on-going 
sustained movement to abolish war. Remember to choose a book or shirt as a 
premium when you become a recurring donor!
