                              Bushfires in Australia, supercharged by record-breaking heat and drought, have scorched more than 10.7 million hectares – that’s larger than the devastating Amazon fires of 2019, and more than 80 times larger than last year’s California wildfires.  
                              So, we begin this new year with our planet literally on fire. 
                                 
                              As terrifying as the news from Australia has been, I believe 2020 will be the year – and the beginning of a decade – that tells the story of how concerned individuals like yourself deepened your resolve to act and demand real solutions to the climate crisis.
