Dear everyone


I thought you might be interested to see a blog that we've published at 
Climate Outreach on the social science evidence base behind communicating 
climate change during the coronavirus crisis:

The insights in the blog are based on previous research into how to engage 
the public on flood risks and climate change —particularly communities that 
have been directly affected by flooding themselves - droughts and climate 
change, climate risks and adaptation —and how to motivate behaviour change, 
as well as the fundamental tenets of engaging populations on climate change.


Building on this, we're hoping to release a practical, evidence-based guide 
on how to communicate about climate change during the coronavirus crisis by 
the end of May, and happy to talk to anyone who might find this useful in 
the future.
