a global ceasefire during the coronavirus pandemic, several dozen nations 
have expressed support, and several have ceased firing.

                  Wars have paused in Yemen, the Philippines, Colombia, and 
Cameroon.

urging all governments to commit to and abide by the golabl ceasefire.

                  Of course, there is no sane reason why a global ceasefire 
shouldn't be extended indefinitely, with military resources gradually 
redirected into human and environmental needs.
