                        Are you looking for ways to stay connected while you 
stay at home? Sign up for our 6-week online course and engage in meaningful 
interaction and learning focussed on ending war and establishing a just and 
sustainable peace. During War Abolition 201, you will explore how the 
present war system works, the need to replace it, and an analysis of why 
doing this is possible. The course will run from April 13-May 24, 2020. You 
can study 100% online and at your own pace for maximum flexibility. Due to 
the coronavirus crisis, we are offering the War Abolition 201 course on a

                        War Abolition 201 is based on our signature book, A 
Global Security System: An Alternative to War (AGSS). Through a combination 
of weekly content (including text, images, video, and audio), discussion 
forums, and optional webinars, the course provides an opportunity to learn 
from, dialogue with, and strategize for change with World BEYOND War 
experts, peer activists, and changemakers from around the world. A 
certificate is provided to participants who complete all written 
assignments. Whether you are an experienced practitioner looking to engage 
in reflection around peace work or someone concerned about war but not sure 
how to make a difference – you are all welcome.
